1. 13112 KEY
Base material is polyamide + glass fiber, the button made of TPE.
To avoid unnacessary risk mold design referenced to FMEA. It's our standard design flow. We never rely on the engineer's experience only but to do some theoretical caucation. This will be apply on IVECO.
2. 14048 KEY
It's from First Auto Work with complicated process and high appearance requirement. Base material is polyamide + glass fiber. Button use ABS which is prefered by electroplate.
Also we use moldflow result as the theoretical reference.
